Beth E. Linzner, Esq.

Associate Advisor/Developer and Legal Liaison

Ms. Linzner is a practicing real estate attorney with over 30 years experience representing investors and developers in the acquisition, financing and leasing of all asset classes in commercial real estate. She assists Midgard with due diligence, lease analysis, zoning and land use analysis, business development and deal structuring. In addition, she is legal liaison to outside legal counsel during the due diligence, acquisition, entitlement, development and financing phases of projects.

Ms. Linzner earned her Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and her Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University. She is a Florida licensed real estate and mortgage broker.
