Daniel Goldstein is the eldest son of James Goldstein and a native of Miami, Florida and the third generation of the Miller family whose members include South Florida real estate pioneers such as his grandfather, Irving Miller, uncle Leonard Miller (Lennar) and cousin Stuart Miller (Lennar).
Since 2002, Mr. Goldstein has been responsible for the development and new project identification for Midgard Group. He re-developed a former 107,000 square foot bank building into The Bank Condominium, an 84 unit loft condominium that includes residential, office and ground floor retail units. He was responsible for all aspects of this project, including zoning, permitting, construction management, sales and marketing. He has since managed the property and headed the condominium association.
Mr. Goldstein is a Real Property Administrator (RPA), a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and a Florida licensed real estate broker. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
